Don't rush into a decision, consider the fact that you will need an extra year because not all your courses will transfer. That being said, moving away from my parents was the best decision I have ever made. I made a ton of new friends while still keeping in touch with the old ones. I wouldn't worry about being the "old" person on res, at least half of my residence is 20+. If you can support yourself financially for the duration of your degree then I would say go for it. There is no sense staying somewhere that makes you unhappy.

I'd say that you should reevaluate the pros and cons of moving to Canada. While at the same hand it's good to get away and sort of begin a new life so to speak, you might have difficulties transferring over the credits you've already obtained and then you also have to form new relationships with teachers again.

My concern is that the the majority of my relationships are broken or have left in WA, to the point where it wouldn't be a con anymore. Credits I don't care about. I have my Gen Chem, Gen Bio, and Organic Chem series done and that's all that really concerns me. I am a Canadian citizen by the way.

    Thank you for the reply.
