Another chance

Let me just start with this:

I'm not going to be like Inventor. I won't dispute my ban a hundred times, but I do believe this needs another shot.
No I don't think that because it's been 1-2 months I'll have a better shot. I just think the original ban is bullshit.

I mean really.. I was banned for "scamming" something worth $5 more than my donator status. I had just donated $25 like 2 days before "scamming" which you can ask plznate and TJ about considering I donated through TJ and plznate was there. I think most of the current staff, and staff that has recently left, as well as the long standing members know that I was a troll almost all the time. I requested my usertitle be changed to "Troll" what, 3 days before April Fools' Day, the day of trolling. What I'm trying to get at(why I should be unbanned), is that nothing was harmed. The person I "scammed" was refunded by Official Middleman, and Market Moderator, Ix Syed xI less than 24 hours after I "scammed."

One more thing that I previously mentioned, was that the person who reported me was banned just days after I was. And for what I asked, without a response. If ban evading, then how was my case treated differently than Farcast's, considering the report against him had his exact MSN, with a perfectly staged conversation?

Now, I know such things are going to be posted to deny this dispute: ban evading, hacking, etc., but to that I ask: Proof?

After I was banned I stated that I was fine with a TWC/Market Ban considering I rarely sold stuff anyways, I just posted in the community general / off-topic sections, and rarely GFX. I'm still fine with this.

Oh, and to the djweasel dispute, he claims I hacked him but is showing an MSN of [email protected](SiCk V2) and [email protected](I believe that's it) which are not my MSN, and you will never find a post or anything of me saying that's my info, because it's not.

I really hope this is reconsidered rather than just denied instantly.
