Anonymous_Player Banned on PB for Evading/Scamming

Explanation of the trade: I had him do a service for me over on Powerbot. Long story short, he took items off my account and sold them even though he finished some of the order. I filed a scam report and he somehow fell through the cracks and got let off. However, I then proceeded to find out he was a vader over there and also was banned for same sort of stuff before.

This user (Anonymous_Player) posts on one of my MM threads saying I have a dispute open, watch out. I then check his profile out and he is selling porn passes exactly the way he was on PowerBot.(http://gyazo.com/bb0daf044964fe9ead19a7e2a68bca48)

Do have his original ban reason anywhere on PB?
Or the scamreport that 'fell through the cracks'?

It's not a bannable offence on Sythe to ban evade on PB, but off-site scamming is.
If you could show proof of him scamming, and proof of the PB account matching the Sythe account we can handle this case.

Skype resolver resolved the skype IP to one of his home IP adresses, banned him for off-site scamming.
