Recovering accounts is basically scamming, and you are not allowed to scam, even tho they may seem abandoned, someone might try and go back on a few years later to find out they have been hacked and cleaned. There-for you are basically selling a scamming guide.

 

In my eyes, I dont see it as scamming. if a mod wants to lock it, or if a mod asks me to close it, I will do so.

 

You do realize that there are MANY guides on this all over different forums, correct?
