There aren't any real rules for an admin, only loose guidelines as far as I know. Their word is law, and their actions follow suit.

His attacks are not related to Sythe.

Meh I think stuff like this is pretty pointless. Mind you, the way Repentless was ragging on Thorpe for the Registered Traders idea is just plain retarded. Could we not say you ripped that idea from Paypal? Don't they confirm your address also? Anyways, try and get this done with, because in the end you're just creating more enemies for Sythe, and more downtime.
