    Anger....

For the most part I'm assuming your still a young teenager.

Aggression is often genetic, it can be passed down so maybe one of your parents has that gene. Aggression occurs in young adolescence due to a chemical imbalance. This imbalance is what sends mixed electronic impulses to numerous parts of your brain, including the Hypothalamus and Amygdala. Also the fact that you are a teenager means that your brain has not fully developed, and you cannot use your prefrontal cortex as well as you should, which is a key in decision making.

With all that being said, back to the genetics. Most kids with aggression problems are found to have a lack of seratonin, a vital chemical in the brain. This effects the neurotransmitters.

What I would suggest is to see a doctor asking about a reliable form prescription medication that can elevate your seratonin levels.
You could also try behavioral therapy but that doesn't always work.

    Anger....

When I was around the age of 16 I was very angry over things I could not control although I never physically hurt anybody I was doing stupid things out of frustration.

My mum found out and asked me to go to psychologist. At first I didn't think it would help. However talking to somebody helped me to explain my feelings, something that I had never done before. I would recommend talking to a psychologist or a councillor.

Try to stay away from certain things that get you on the edge. I know for me when I play first person shooters I get incredibly competitive and angry, or if someone is bothering me I tell them straight up instead of beating around the bush.
