Anger Weapon Glitch?

Been patched for awhile, it's where in the quest you get out with the Anger Weapon. In the quest you can hit like 300's with it, but in real game you can only hit like 10's.

It is not patched.
Also, the number one rule for bug abusers is to never leak a glitch, so I doubt you will have someone tell you it lol.
