    The report itself is pretty lacklustre. Sensitive / personal details are going to be redacted and the report can then be posted. I'm sure you will all be disappointed that you didn't manage to get all of sythe staff banned this time for something that happened a decade ago. But there's always next time.

    I respect that you have more insight into the actual report. Thus, moving past Andy to actual valid questions in this thread. Going forward does the statute of limitations ruling applies to blackhat activities, personal threats to staff, or other more serious activities? Or will those continue to be handled on a case-by-case basis?

    I've reverted the post in its entirety. I looked into it further and the person ban evading would be Meow. Andy has not scammed anyone nor ban evaded. It's abundantly clear that they are two distinct users and it didn't appear that he knew about these debts either. Andy repaying their debt doesn't make him guilty.

    We'll try to be more transparent in the future; thank you for the feedback.
