For this vouch, I'm going to tell you a story.

A week ago, I had someone throw away their highly vouched account to scam me. That left me feeling fairly paranoid.

I spent about a day and a half trying to find someone to skill my account that seemed even remotely competent or legitimate. The people that had lots of vouches wanted far too much (25gp/xp+), the people that had lots of vouches wanted far too little. I had a guy beg me to let him skill my account. He was probably going to bot on it. I talked to a guy that may have actually, legitimately, been profoundly mentally handicapped. I had dealt with several inbred mongoloids that had no business trying to speak the English language.

A person whose highly trusted on Sythe recommended Andre to me, so I said fuck it, and gave him my 07gp. Not only was it cheaper than all of the "high shit" 500+ vouches people, it was cheaper than the actual scammers. That made me a little nervous. Ultimately, I was extremely impressed. Andre got the account skilled as quickly as is humanly possible, he provided me with proof that he was leveling it by hand, along with frequent updates on the status of the leveling. When there was a delay that was firmly outside of his control, he kept me updated on that.
