Ancients pure requirements?

Just wondering what the requirements are for a good ancients build? or if someone could link me to a good guide. All the guides I've seen are outdated and or poorly written.

Currently have
1 attack
1 strength
2 defence (no idea how)
40 range
2 prayer
67 magic
30 HP

 

50 attack 53 thieving I know are some of them off top of my head,
