My friend, magiceel, would like to dispute a ban, but is unable to due to an IP ban.

Could this IP ban please be lifted for the purposes of placing a dispute? As I understand it, he has done nothing to warrant his right to a dispute being removed.

He can post his dispute from a proxy, or send it to another user to post for him.
