An actual good way to fix inferno scammers

This went through my head. But are pictures really good proof? I think a gif or video should be needed or some form of proof other than a picture. As said above They are extremely easy to fake when coming to pictures. If someone who is good with photoshop attempted it they would most likely pull it off with ease

 

In LEAGUE you provide your rank, then play a game on it to provide proof of skill. How would one verify in rs for inferno capes?

You can show you have one but then how do you provide the proof of being able to actually complete the inferno?

Change to inferno section
was already denied. This is more or less the same thing. Free market yada yada.
