American is a Scammer

She told me he's selling rsgp, therefore I paid trusting her first.
She told me to open a case and close it because of payment review (unverified paypal).
She told me to send her an email saying item was delivered for future reference.
She claims she is slow to respond, because she is cooking chicken.
