He said "no bills sent to your house"

So this means there will not be a bill sent to your house.

 

If these are SE'ed, then apparently Amazon occasionally tracks the address that the items are billed to in an attempt to prevent serious SE'ing. He's saying that he's mailing them to YOU from HIS address, so your address has no ties to the Amazon item whatsoever. It would only correlate to the his initial address and no one else's.
