I think this guy is a scam. I just sent him $63 in the Paypal account that he indicated and now he is offline without sending me the code or saying anything.

Beside this his Paypal account is Non-US - Unverified and he stated in our discussions that he is a US seller.

If you have been in this kind of situation please advise on what should I do given that this is the first time I try to buy and I get burned.

Post your report in this section and upload pics of your skype conversation, proof that you sent payment, and anything else you have that may help your case!

I recommend when trading with people with few vouches to ALWAYS use a middleman which you can find in the middleman section.

And as getting your money back I would ask a mod about charging back your paypal money since you were scammed out of it. Anyways I hope this helps!

 

Yes, thank you very much for your support. I have opened a dispute with the Seller in my Paypal account and also have added him to the scammer list on this forum!

Now he is online saying that he was just a bit away from computer, but let's be serious you don't leave right in the middle of a deal, and he dosen't want to send the code saying that he is upset because I started a dispute!
