Please re-consider my appeal as I couldnt post all the evidence last time.

I am appealing once more since my last appeal was denied without looking at all the evidence - i could not post on my appeal thread (because my IP is dynamic? I don't know for certain. I see that others are able somehow but I'm not) and the moderators who I asked to add information there didn't add anything.

Please consider everything I'm including here since I don't think there are other options for me to continue trading on Sythe.

I'm an RSGP trader, I've got 95 vouches here and 548 on powerbot (bulk of them involving large amounts). I've done legitimate business as long as I've been active and yet I got banned because someone thinks I'm a petty account thief and a ban evader since year 2011... (accused of being this guy: http://www.sythe.org/members/186137-italian-pker.html).

I got banned because at some point I had IP matches with a user which was banned several years ago. I'd like to know what exactly were the grounds of banning me?

The IP link means nothing final as is described on the IP audit page. And as there are zero other connections to my theoretical alternate account I really am confused why my dispute was denied. I've been trading on Sythe since late 2012 (why didn't anyone inform me before that I have a bad IP? I could have solved the issue without harming my profits).

Furthermore: I and several (if not all) members of the moderation team are well aware of the problems concerning users from my country and other smaller countries.
Since posting my dispute I've found several people among my customers who have experienced the same flaws in Sythe's system and can't use the site anymore due to that (something needs to be done, that system discriminates against smaller countries where Sythe is actively used).

To make the already obvious deficiencies crystal clear I tried to register a new account from my dynamic Estonian IP and: http://i.imgur.com/QvmCawB.png?1 - looks like I've evaded 2 times already?
In addition to that the IP audit shows I have IP matches with several more users that (judging by their usernames) seem to be from my country. Does that make me a 6-7 fold ban evader now?
Finally - I switched to another Estoninan IP - this time a static one that has not been used to access Sythe - and voila: http://www.sythe.org/members/451469-bugged-site.html.
Dynamic Estonian IP that anyone can have at some point and on several occasions: You're a ban evader! Static IP: Welcome to Sythe .

If there are any additional evidence or confirmations I can provide to prove that I'm not some account thief then please let me know. I'm very interested in continuing and growing my business here just as I've been doing on powerbot.

Sorry you've been caught up in this situation, I am familiar with smaller countries only using so many IP's such as your own. It seems like your email svenn_poiss was linked to a post on PB. The user here was seemingly trading with someone else but I can't find their thread any more. Any ideas?

Some staff are seeing varied levels of similarities which are concerning/linking the two accounts. I need more people's inputs to make a proper decision.

 

Support unban, 4 matches of a dynamic IP from estonia I do not feel is sufficient ban evidence
