Am i playing Runescape or WoW?

Oh, stop complaining. It's a game which is based upon constant development. In the long run, people will get used to the updates.

 

It's an absolute joke what they've done to Rs, Updating the most pointless shit, They have run out of idea's and are close to losing grip off the game, There panic updating in hopes that subscribers will stay, Can't log in without feeling sick with all the new updates.

 

Seems to me you're playing RuneScape as you created this thread in the RuneScape General section.

In all seriousness though, I also dislike the Bandos.

 

I hate threads like this. Everyone who compares WoW to Runescape is retarded, they're totally different games.

Most of the armour changed yesterday hadn't been updated since 2004. I'm sure we'll all have to get used to it, but it's really for the best.

 

Maybe they will make a runescape client so it won't have to stream everything from their site and stop this horrible lag

I personally favor WoW Arena. in 2v2 it is either double dps or dps healer. healer fights are long battles, but 2 dps is quick.
WoW pvp is almost perfectly balanced in a 2v2, 3v3, or 5v5 setting.
1v1 is not an even fight in WoW, making duels meaningless unless you are fighting mirror class duel

 

Check your web browser, if it doesn't say runescape in it there's a possiblity your on WoW

 

Nostalgic look backs at RS will only lead to more fury. Most people have grown out of it, better to just make money from it now and leave it to the newbies.

 

I really don't think they're all too similar, I haven't played as of late and I used to play in RSC for a very small amount of time and regular RS for 2 years or so on and off. RS now is just crap with all the new armors and weapons like dragon claws so it's just like "OHAI I USE DER SPECIAL ATTACK AND DEN U DIE KTHX". Just my two cents on te matter.

 

Runescape isn't what it used to be anymore. I actually played runescape for the poor quality. I found it insane as it was back in '05.

 

Looks like its private servers for you then. Jagex will continue to improve the graphics as much as possible in competition.

 

There doing it too draw new people it.. What made this game what it was, was its simplicity .

 

Why would you even compare WoW to a pathetic game like Runescape. Runescape was never meant to be a game, it'll always remain one of those things you do when you're on facebook waiting on a friend to get on to talk. Adding all of these graphical changes to the game won't change the fact that it's still a flash game but online.

In terms of graphics, WoW is far better. In terms of content, WoW is still better.

Runescape was more enjoyable to play when there were more active players and there were far less end-game content. It seems as if every other update nowadays is either something intended for higher levels or graphical updates.

 

the new infinity armor look like a joke, but i didn't notice much on bandos. The barrow update is cool, but it made it so much harder for me to recognize the items in my inventory T.T

 

Took my mate like 10 mins to understand what he was clicking when he logged in.

He's slow.

 

RS looks nothing like WoW, if that's what you think, maybe you should log into WoW and look around.
