    In my opinion if @alxender only has to pay 140M this is the next best thing to a get out of jail free card. That's a 10% refund for the services. I think it's pretty dangerous to let trainers of the hook for these types of ban by only having to refund the last payment increment. The goal with Alx was always 99. I accept, although don't agree with the fact he isn't liable for my entire account but he should at least be liable for refunding a service for the skill he botted. The risk vs reward here is to great and 140M isn't going to stop Alx from risking this again moving forward.

    I've had a couple of people message me with similar stories and also looking back through my Skype I can see a few red flags that I should have picked up on. For example the last 99 he got I asked him to leave at 1K before 99 and didn't reply for 4 hours and ended up getting 99.

    I feel pretty stupid now TBH. I guess I got to comfortable since he'd be working for me for so long and I was blind to what was going on.

    After further discussing this with @GWAS it's agreed upon that @alxender will have to pay out the cost of the thieving order of 1-99 which totals out to be 420m 07. @alxender could you give us a exact date you can pay this out to @GWAS ?

    It's come down to this:
    - He never agreed to your TOS, you have it linked in your thread which ill quote to jog your memory. If you want people to abide by your TOS, have them fill out your template on your thread.
    - You contacted him in regards to the training, from his thread here: LF SKILLER (HCIM) - V TRUSTED ONLY
    - The other 99's completed are a totally different order completed some time ago, so I will not hold you accountable for those
    - The order that resulted in the account being banned was thieving, so you will be held accountable for the whole order - even if there was a break in service.
    - You've said in past reports you used osBuddy, but now your not? I advise taking SS's of all skill levels to avoid this.
    - You were online on OSRS on his account, but not responding on skype, he asked you specifically not to get a 99, but you somehow 'afk'd' and got the 99 for him. (?)
    That's the final decision. As discussed on discord you asked for a few hours to think about it.

    I'm going to close this as this has been resolved to the point of: repayment is being made over time as agreed by GWAS and alxender. Keep in contact with TySimpson with updates on the refund.
