altscape - tell me about your experience!

So I have NEVER played more than one account on the regular, and recently got cleaned..and had an old account with 80+ hunter and decided to start hunting chins wile doing other stuff, and to my surprise it's really not that bad, and i'm making decent money while training my other build.

What do you guys do with your alts? how many do you play?

 

My main account is an ironman. I have an alt that's got a decent overall total level and is pretty old that I bot on here and there.

Obviously there's no trading between the two accounts and I don't bot the iron. At this point for me it's just seeing how high I can get my alt by botting.

 

I shifted my attention between a few different accounts pre-OSRS but nowadays I just focus on the 1 account - a big motivation for that being not having nearly as much time as I used to.

It is fun having accounts geared towards a specific activity, rather than feeling like you have to achieve everything. Distracts a bit from the grind.

 

I'm always down to do something highly afk on one account and train another.

Right now I am trying to get my pure 99 Fletching, so I am AFK at yews on my main with 91/99 Woodcutting.

I can Woodcut as much as I want and not have to worry about any horrible gains on either account.

 

My only alt has been camping at wyverns for a few years now. Probably some better places to AFK these days but Wyverns makes me pretty good money so i have never bother looking for something else.
