Also - from what I remember in the past when this problem arose in the staff lounge, pin lines don't actually lead to a regular household phone. Don't quote me on this, and it could have changed since then, but the majority of pin lines used to be linked to a telecommunications company in Australia that had many trial/open company lines. The pin supplier would tap in to this companies phone line and purchase pins through them; the company would be landed with the bill, but as they were a multi-million dollar organization it barely made a dent, and they never picked up on it as they simply saw the charges on their accounts as normal/regular.

We don't condone the use of pin lines, and anyone who sold/bought/traded or openly admitted to using them on Sythe would have been banned in the past. We are never able to tell what the original source of a pin is - and a few months back pretty much every single pin on the market was a "Aus PBP", so removing the Pin Sales section would have had a hugely detrimental effect on the market forums. From that point onwards changes were made (such as the name change to an "Upgrades" Section), and we no longer question the source of Runescape Upgrades.

In that case, Delta - you needn't be as concerned about helpless families across the world from being robbed of the bread on their dinner plates.
They're not legal, of course, but Pin Lines don't affect individuals.
