    Explanation of the trade: Messaged him on skype trying to swap rs3 to ikov. Paid him 110m all in one go as i have used him before. I checked the banned players list and it had him classed as 'unbanned'. And after i paid i have not received the ikov gold.
    How they scammed: didn't pay after i had paid.
    Sythe PM picture: did not pm as i saw him on the unbanned list.

    That list is neither staff run nor is it a complete banned users list. To see if someone's banned or not in the future, check their profile! And you should always be requesting a PM anyways. I don't know what to tell you here man
