Are we aloud to sell downloadable games?

so i mean, say i had COD5 for the pc and made it avalible to download on Rappid share, is that okayy?
Plus if i can, do i sell it in Other Game Markets .

as far as i know, if you can download the software for FREE legally, then trying to sell it on sythe is breaking the rules.
