Allowed to sell Iso's/Flashed xbox's?

Hey everyone, so I messaged a staff member regarding this subject and am yet to receive an answer so I wanted to see if anybody else knew so I wouldn't have to trouble him again. I'm just wondering if we are allowed to sell Iso's for flashed xbox's (Burned games) or offer an xbox flashing service.

If you legally purchased the games, I don't see why not.

 

I would assume not, as it doesn't break any rules that the other markets already do...

I've seen some Xbox Flashing Services in the market before..
Not too sure about the ISO ones.

Selling ISOs would be breaching copyright law I assume. But I think flashing consoles would be ok.

 

I'm pretty sure selling ISO files isn't allowed as they're available on the internet already. So you'd be selling something that's basicly free.

I think that unless you got the ISO yourself, and created it yourself, etc, then you'd essentially be selling plagiarised works.

As for selling flashed Xboxes, as long as you specify what they are, I think it's allowed.

 

I would be selling the disc, not the files the files would already be downloaded onto the disc and sent to the adress of the buyer ready to play like a normal xbox disc. Also, thanks for the info on the flashing service then, I'll put it up.

 

If you are selling the discs, there will be no problem, Same with the ISO files as long as they aren't too easily available.
