[DENIED] Allow commucating with applicants in moderator applications

I don't personally know the way things work or even if what you said is how it works, but with that being said I do feel that the community should be able to view/access this sort of information, and potentially even have their own input.

At the end of the day, everyone needs to think what's best for the community and what's best for the community is good for all.

 

That's a different suggestion. What I am suggesting is simply as BlackBlasses suggested; a step inbetween so that the applicant can give his insights in regards to some complaints/concerns posted on the mod application.

 

Ah I mean that also makes sense, that way they can at least address the literal elephant in the room (yeah @video )

 

While I don't want to be "that guy" who bickers about anything when something doesn't go his way, this message kinda proves what I'd love to see changed here.

Similiar reasons were given in my previous rejected application. Those are the reasons I wish to see changed by adding onto another stage where the applicant can provide his insight into the concerns given. Hopefully that way the reasons listed for denials will be more constructive considering those mean nothing. The third one is a new one and a funny one concerning a recent event that happened to me, but the first two were the exact same as before and seem more like somthing the staff team should work on than I should. How am I supposed to change? What is supposed to be changed? What are the concerns in regards to being able to work in a team? I've been able to work very properly within the team for over 2 years prior to this, so if you ask me it seems like the staff team are the ones that should change, not me.

I'd love to, and I'm sure alot of applicants would love to, work on themselves if only they were given proper reasons and advices.
