If you have recorded the last login IP address, we can only say that you were hacked by a keylogger, RAT or a virus or any type. Maybe someone guessed your password but we don't know. Also, I don't recommend a system scan unless it was in safe mode.

 

I'm Guessing it was probably someone that RAT'd you, Sorry

Sorry to hear about that, I would recommend getting a good Antivirus such as Kaspersky or another high rated Antivirus brand. At least you'll be more cautious next time.
