Hey guys, I'm here to basically come clean on everything and see how this goes. I'd just like to point out up front that I am completely level minded and don't really wish to instigate anything here, I just want to know what it would take to get myself a clean... well somewhat clean slate and a chance to get back to business on Sythe.

Report/post/reason that got you banned: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1486875-alesso-scammer.html (not sure why I was addressed as she lol)
http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1665005-kirkknight-tries-hack-scam-me-proof-inside.html

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: No one reported KirkKnight for anything besides attempting to hack, so I don't think there were any. And Alesso scammed a user that was now banned, but I can't really see his threads since I'm not a user and I wouldn't know how to contact him off the bat. Here is his account:

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No, I'm sure I may of evaded once or twice to check out some stuff but I honestly never even traded on those accounts. I was dirt poor after I lost my money in the situation on Alesso and had plenty of money when I was using KirkKnight.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I would say 2 years back now, although my memory might fail me, I was here on the account Alesso. I hadn't RWT'd too much, but I had browsed Sythe and once I made some money hosting dicing I thought hey, I'm going to get into this RWT stuff. Well, one thing lead to another and I had about 20 vouches with an extra 25$ to donate and thought why not let's do it. I also helped start the Realmofthemadgod section, as soon as they banned RWT and I realized it could bring some good traffic to the site (I was HEAVILY involved in that market before Sythe). So things were going very well. I had befriended Dave, who I would of contacted before doing this but I lost a lot of Skype stuff after I moved IRL and got a different computer. If someone could notify him when you read this please do.

Well, I had gained a few more vouches and achieved 50$ donor status when stuff started to downward spiral IRL. My dad and I were having some really bad problems, and once he smashed my computer I just lost it. I jumped on here and was considering my options. I saw some guy posting about a staking account and offered to sell him an account that wasn't 100% mine. I sold it to him for 250m, he went first as I had been pretty trustworthy. However, instead of taking this money and putting it towards saving up for a computer, I instantly gambled it away. When he came back saying he needed recoveries, I honestly just posted on Sythe that I scammed him and that I was done.

Alright, so all this time passes, I force myself to take a year break from pretty much all games/rwt'ing, and then RS starts rumoring the 07 servers. So immediately I think to myself I want to start up again. I was playing for a while then I made myself the Sythe account KirkKnight. I didn't get too active on here but once I had some cash built up in game I came back to Sythe, made some small transactions, then the ball started rolling and I had accumulated over 40 vouches. I NEVER scammed on this account, never even had any reports or accusations. However at about 12:30am, my intoxicated self fed into a pretty well thought out phishing link and I got hacked for 56m 07. Pretty much didn't even think about anything, just rage quit and went to sleep. I still had some EoC wealth that my bank pin saved to trade with and I figured I'd just get back to work tomorrow (I was swapping in some CC's).

I wake up to about 75 Skype messages and sure enough, the person jumped on my Skype account (I'll give them credit, I forgot you can see skype usernames and my password of course was the same as my scape account) and had sent the phish to anyone they thought had some wealth. Luckily, I don't think anyone was as dumb as me and got scammed but I am more than ready to reimburse them if they were scammed by my Skype. I tried to contact a mod but I was banned pretty quickly for it.

I tried not to make this story pitiful as I take full responsibility for any of my actions. But I do think that my attempt to be a user here on KirkKnight (although I fully understand the ban evasion was completely against the rules regardless of me moving IRL) was a legitimate source of proof that I have matured since my first run on Alesso, and I do have good intentions. I will also fully pay back the 250m, whether I have to give it to a mod and have someone help my find the user who I scammed, or else I would donate it without any donation perks, or any other way you guys suggest handling it. As far as the Skype situation, I will gladly pay anyone scammed by my Skype. I'm not really familiar with windows 8 and my dad put it on this computer a little while after my ban so I don't know how much Skype history I can find, but if there's any way to prove I wasn't sending the phish link then please let me know.

I really appreciate those of you that take this seriously, read it all, and give it some thought. More than ready to answer any questions/address any concerns or things I may of missed... Other than that I think I've just about said all I can.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes.

I don't know how to reply to a thread but I would like this to be addressed in my pardon request:
http://www.sythe.org/request-pardon/1681208-alesso-kirkknights-high-pardon-request.html

I had not been able to even see the reply before I wrote my pardon. I posted 2 or 3 times asking for help with the Skype hack and never saw them come up in the dispute section, so I left the email. I actually realized wow, I'm a dumbass evsolo is the email I used for Alesso when I posted it and I decided I might as well come clean about all of it. When I got on to check my pardon today it was the first I had seen of Roary's original reply. Probably something I can't prove but I had not seen Roary's reply when I posted my pardon (I more than likely would of addressed that in the actual pardon) and I'm not planning on just giving up because of it. So to reply to Roary's post, I really had no problem admitting to everything before reading your reply.

For what it's worth, I really was caught up in the fact that everything about my KirkKnight account was legitimate (besides the ban evasion of Alesso) and I felt that I was ready to get back involved after a month passed from the Skype hacking.

If anyone wants to relay this message or put it in my pardon that would be much appreciated.
