    Alerts for quotes?
    Spike was using one for vB4 so after we upgrade we could easily install one. Or we could make our own. I thought of a way to easily do it. Edit post.php so that it scans the post for a quote and if it has a quote for someone it sends them a PM and then continues on and posts the post. Fairly straightforward.
