Alerts Banned

Hello,

I'm just posting this thread so I don't have to keep chasing it up my account has still been banned after I've been trying to request it to be recovered think it was in the wrong section.
"Gen" has been posting in the other thread and I have successfully reset everything that needs to be done.
Doesn't give a reason for ban just leads me to dispute forum. Feel free to provide reasons why or if It can be removed.
