Alching for minimal loss

[Distinct01]

Hellooo. Anyone here knows what items are good for bulk alching and minimizing losses / possibly profit a little? I'll be alching on several accounts, and thus require items that are available in bulk and provide the above criteria. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance !
