Alching + 94-99 str

I want to alch 72-94 mage for vengeance and ice barrage, what items should I alch for a low loss?
I also am 94 str and wanting 99 str, what should I kill?
90 Attack
85 Defence
84 Slayer

 

For training strength kill Bandits and for training magic if you have completed Monkey Madness go to Ape Atoll

 

I alched willow logs till 99, lol.
And for str, try bandits or monkey guards at ape atoll.

 

For the alching just google search "alch calc" and click on any of the links which will show you items with profit/loss. Most items with profit can only be bought 100 at a time from the g.e so it's better to just buy items in 5-10k bulks that have a 100gp loss per alch.

 

I'm doing gold bracelets atm, but honestly I don't even know how much I lose lofl.

 

SLAYER is the best way to train combat! Piety/turm tasks + use pots and you'll get insane xp/hr

I'd superheat gold ore wearing the goldsmith gauntlets. Good mage and smithing exp per hour

 

Do you wish to train your magic quickly or do you wish to train it economically?

I spend 10m from 81-94 magic ice bursting monkeys in ape atoll. However, I was getting 200-300k xp per hour and I was semi-afking (I had to click a prayer potion every 3 minutes).

I hate alching. You get a max of 100k xp/hour, spend 2gp/xp and have to click non-stop.

 

I alched gold Braclets to 99 mage. Lost around 20 m.
