Agreement was to sell me random 3 letter name for 15m to this user,(the 3 letter name is not a name anybody would be waiting to snipe) this is how it ended. User said brb right as i was changing name.
so its quite obvious to me that this isnt a name that somone would be sitting there waiting to snipe, also borrowed 3m of a friend just so i could transfer this for him. if theres any more evidence you guys can suggest for this situation please let me know as im not happy at all.Also i wouldnt go to the extent to message my friend on facebook to borrow 3m just to lose the name without being payed for it

First of all, this user just leaked my entire list to the public on sythe, which he should deserve a ban already. This guy is clearly attempted to frame me and scam me. Then he adds me on skype and before the transaction was even beginning, he starts by asking my list stated above in his first picture. I told him I would brb and he claims that I took the name. This is suspicious because why would he change the name when he knows I'm expecting it? I didn't tell him to do anything of that sort. There's a reason why buyers on sythe, don't take responsibility for snipes because of THIS. In my previous trade, my client got his name sniped and I decided to be a good person and pay him the full amount, but I don't think this guy is entitled for any of my money.

 

Nothing you said above is valid, The pure FACT that the name EZQ like you said is ''WORTHLESS'' yet you were paying me 15m for it and it so happened to get taken? very suspicous who would want to snipe a ''WORTHLESS'' name

How would it not be valid? It is worthless? That's why I was paying you 15m 07 for a 3 LETTER. I could go claiming anyone randomly that I disclosed to, sniped my names as well.

 

Mods, can you tell him to come up with proper evidence? This is proof of my budget - (Sensitive Information). I usually would feel bad about something like this and just pay the person for trying but I don't think this guy is genuine at all, this is my payment for another purchase that the guy lost his name - Gyazo - 256cacf1ff760fed4413178760ff53f5.png .

He even shows proof that he told his buddy he was SELLING THE NAME. How do we know that he didn't get his friend to snipe it? or that he advertised the name before he went on sythe to sell it?

Please remove his picture where I told him about my names. It is irreverent to this post and only hurts my business.

 

The fact he proceeds to say its a useless name over and over is very suspicious in my eyes as he was offering 15m for this so called ''useless 3 letter name'' but for some reason it was instantly sniped when he said brb as he knew i was changing it at that moment,as i stated above i wouldnt go to the extent of asking an irl friend over facebook for money to complete this transaction and be in debt 3m to him. Now me personally dont know anyone that would want to snipe a useless name as he claims and im sure he would have no troubles compensating for this either as he said hes done before which is again strange, he then tells me hes glad somone sniped it from me after telling me to post all this evidence?

 

I still don't see the evidence? You agreed to my ToS that I wouldn't take responsibility for something like this. You're salty that you failed a transfer and now you want to blame it on someone else.

 

@mudmixer Sadly there is not enough evidence to make a claim here. There is many question marks, and in the reverse theory you could have easily had a friend to snipe the name for you as well.
