In March 2025, @Femalfriend contacted me saying that the account i sold him was stolen and imported to the Jagex Launcher, resulting in total loss of access. I tried to recover it several times, but without success.

When I sold him this account, I offered a lifetime guarantee at the time and, if i couldn't recover it, I would refund the full amount.

Since I couldn't recover the account, I decided to refund him, but as I was going through financial difficulties at the time, he accepted a payment plan.

The amount was recently fully paid off, and I would like to be able to trade on the platform again.

I apologize to femalefriend for all the trouble I caused him and to the Sythe team. I would very much like to trade on the platform again.

 

Can you please clarify who gave the refund and the details surrounding the refund? Your wording on this pardon contradicts the note left on the report and on zrk's pardon and the note states a replacement account was given. Why would a payment plan need to be included here?

I contacted @Femalfriend to try and resolve this issue. We reached an agreement and the debt was paid.

Repaid - they agreed to an account worth around same value to both of them to cover the debt. This came from Zrk, not Aires. Aires went MIA, I told him to request pardon now
