Age, Height and weight?

Barely average weight? That's well below, probably around 10-15 percentile, I would know because I'm your height and weigh slightly more. Haha, since you said "track" I glanced over at your location and it said oregon. Does everyone from Oregon run track or what??

I am 6'1 155 lbs and 16 years old.

 

Im beginning to see that I do need to lose about 10lbs. People my age who are much taller then me weigh less. Well, 10 lbs isn't that bad.

 

I've got 10 pounds on you and i'm doing fine It depends where the weight is going though. You could be incredibly weak and somewhat fat for all I know. My friend is 5 6 150 pounds and skinny as anything his just goes to muscle.

 

All my weight goes to my stomach.

My face/legs/arms are not fat at all. I just have a stomach

This is true.

I play Basketball and Softball (doesn't really apply for those sports) but still.

 

that is not true at all. In a fight weight related physics is HUGE and you simply lack it. Big people can move fast too and a lot of it is explosive movements and stategy.
