Which violation you are reporting the user for:
Accusing Someone of Scamming Without Proof
Disclosure of Others' Personal Information

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

Currently working with this user on a "highjacked-to-me" account. Either this user has gotten himself hacked in his hiatus, or has attempted to sell the account elsewhere. Told him my due process as I don't trust people initially if they complain of a recovered account, these accounts are mine, I am the original owner, and thus have no reason to recover them. Have had multiple sales, one of which has been compromised and returned to the initial owner, after the process mentioned below.

Then this user blatantly gets upset that from what I can only gather as 'im accusing him and now he's sabre rattling' dms me my personal information in an attempt to Dox me. Obviously the information below is redacted. Any Admin/Global Mod/Or person(s) handling this report can DM me to look over the original copy. I also reported the message through the report button top right.

I do not take lightly to either being called a scammer, as I have plenty of account sale vouches, ESPECIALLY when I'm working with the user, or doxxed as it is illegal in my state to do such.

I don't think I have committed either violation.

1. Reaching out without proof.

I believe I have provided the necessary proof both to this user and to the mods via my scammer report which can be found here Derp Logic OSRS account recovery

2. Disclosure of personal information.

I have not disclosed your personal information to anyone other than contacting you with it, even in my report page I specifically do not disclose any of your personal information and explicitly say I will not release it to anyone but the mods and will not do it without explicit permission from you.

 

The fact of the matter is, you should

1. Not have looked it up in the first place

and

2. Contacted me with it.

This is complete and utter doxxing/cyberstalking whether you think it is or not. You have searched for and put together information that links to me to private accounts that do not list my given name. You have also threatened to use that information against me(in the means of contacting me) if I "block you on Sythe" in the images above. Your argument is that this is "public information that can be looked up easily" but it still fundamentally identifies me and now you have yourself, posted it through DM, in which fashion could arguably be 'public'

 

Alright this is getting pedantic.

1. Looking it up is not a violation of the terms of us of this site and is not in anyway shape or form criminal.

2. DMs are classified as private information in all 50 states, they are not in the public domain in any way shape or form which means I did not post them publically.

3. Doxxing is not looking up your information, Doxxing would be sharing it which I have not done an have clearly said I will not do, you have 0 evidence that I have attempted to share your evidence with anyone.

4. Cyberstalking, much like any other form of harassment, would require persistent action on my part. I have contacted you via the appropriate channel and made 0 efforts to contact you outside of them. Not only that but you have made 0 formal request for me to stop contacting you which is a necessary precondition for both of those crimes. You said you wouldn't respond to anything but a report thread, that is why I am using the channel you suggested was okay.

5. And just to be clear, two actual crimes are grand theft person (the stealing of something that you do not have ownership of) and the selling of an account that you don't have permission to sell due to the JAGEX licensing terms of use. So I don't know why you suddenly are acting like you have some sort of legal cause here.


So all of that is to say, I have not Doxxed you and I do not intend to, I have not "cyberstalked" you nor do I intend to, and I have no plans to contact you or anyone you know in any shape or form. My message was very clear, you blocked me on one platform which leads me to believe you block/ghost me on another one and I wanted you to know that if that is the case I was still going to attempt to contact you about the account via twitter, twitch, league etc. The credit card, address, and other localizing data is for a very obvious purpose:

When I tried to recover the account I needed as much information as possible including what state the account was made in and cards that had been used to pay membership.

 

It still comes down to the matter of

1. you have my personal information and came at me in a harassing/attacking manner.
When I did literally nothing to even remotely say I was going to scam. It's just giga weird dude.

2. all of your points are literally here nor there.

3. you have literally said yourself, if I had blocked you on here, you would contact me on other platforms, calling a family member, or my work. So cyberstalking.

"I have no plans to contact you or anyone you know in any shape or form."

"I don't want to have to add your dad on facebook or call you at work just so we can have a conversation."

Here is all I am going to say.

1. You ignored the sentence right before which explicitly says that following sentence in reference to you attempting to block me again.

2. You not having an answer doesn't refute my argument.

3. What is your response to my claim that since you have admitted it is indeed your original account that all but guarantees either you recovered it or you sold it to someone else without notifying me ahead of time?
