    What method is it?

    It all depends on method.

    If you did bank transfer, it goes through Global Collect, which takes fucking ages because they lost my payment and my account unlocked like 7 weeks later.

    What PayByCash method did you use?

    Okay, after you send the money to CashU, they need to process it. After they process it, they send the payment to Jagex.

    Emailing Jagex will do you no good, your best bet is to email CashU and ask them what is going on.

    Remember, also, that is is a weekend so it will take some time to process your payment to CashU. I would give it a couple business days, before I was worried.
