    Adware Removal

Hey guys, I've got some annoying adware, and most of the programs I have tried are unable to remove it. Spybot wasn't, and I don't think ad-aware was either, but I'll try both again.

Any tips for removing them OTHER than reformatting? I don't want to switch to linux or opera or anything like that either, I'd like to keep my settings how they are. Just want to get rid of this adware stuff.

There are some Adware etc that needs to be removed from the registry, depending on what its doing.
Try using Adaware and see if that works.

and, when you say they can't remove it do you mean it finds it and can't or dosn't find it?

if you can read c++ (most likely) then you could attempt to debugg it and kill it because then you would know how it works :D

Ok, I found out that the problem was that I had trojan.vundo, and it was giving me LOADS of adware. I was able to remove it thanks to the heaven-sent geniuses at bleepingcomputer.com. My computer is running so much faster now, and no annoying popups.
