He was selling a 3months for $14 when he gave it to me it had already been used!. I filed a complaint at paypal and i sended him a PM stating that the code was already in use and i would like my $14 back.

so did you charge back your payment, or what's going on with this right now?

 

If it's a non-receipt claim or dispute, then OP should provide the code BEFORE the buyer cancels the dispute. If it's a chargeback or unauthorized dispute, then the buyer should cancel the dispute before receiving the new code.
