Adding a Credit Card to PayPal

When you add a credit card to PayPal does it send information about it to the cardholder?

I think it shows up on their statement. Usually Paypal deposits 1-5 cents to a card or bank account to confirm it once its added to your account.

I'm pretty sure it does. Don't plan on taking your moms card and have her not knowing now.

Yes PayPal puts some money on their card and it you have to read the statement if your using it to verify your PayPal.

 

Yes it shows up in your bill but if you can verify it and enter the code, the balance will be returned and nobody will find out
