Added auth but it's not appearing?

Recently I purchased autosorcgarden from rsbots.net. I add in the code, press add auth, than click reload. Nothing shows up on the bot list as sorcgarden. Anyone know why this could be?

Shut down your bot.
Re-open.
Try to copy/paste the auth WITH NO SPACES in it, before or after the auth
