Eagle Chaotic Is a scammer.

We where having a conversation and made a deal about the trade of one of his accounts on skype.
i would pay 200 euro's this month wich i extended to 300 for him to ensure i wasn't going to scam his account. on wich he then gave me false information the full price was 400 euro's i will now provide the proof of the skype conversation do note it is in dutch.

355.51 US Dollar is the amount i payed him wich should have been a total of 474.02 US Dollar

 

I'm going to DNT him as a precaution for now since that's his Skype, however may you translate everything for me (if possible)? Going to tag @Wortel @Panda as they be able to help here (probably sleeping right now though).
