Adam Ruins Everything

Has anyone else watched this show? I feel it is so underrated and amazing, it started as youtube videos posted to Collegehumor but ended up getting network funding from TruTV (not the best network but this show is the exception). The premise of the show is the host Adam Connover explaining common misconceptions about a broad subject that varies from episode to episode. It has a mix of great humor and accurate statistics with sources provided on-screen as they are stated. Also I have heard the show will be renewed for a 2016 season. Highly recommended for anyone who finds learning about the truth behind social norms, consumer products, trends, etc.

I've watched a few of them. Not too sure how accurate they are, like the diamonds and lie detectors one. I think some of it is common beliefs rather that defined proof.

 

Well the premise of the show is breaking common beliefs so I do believe the facts and information they provide go against the norm. It may not be accurate, but the beauty of the show is they provide sources, so you can check for yourself if you find the news outlet/study/whatever acceptable.
