Achievement Diary?

I was looking at the quest tab and I noticed a green icon on it and it led me to the Karajama Achievement Diary?

Has anyone heard anything about this?

On the 8th May 2007, Jagex released a new kind of challenge for the player population. It was called an Achievement Diary and was designed to give players more information about the lands of Runescape. The first installment of the Achievement Diary was focused around Karamja. There are a multitude of new challenges present, separated into three categories of difficulty: Easy, medium, and hard.
