Aceskings scammer

Story:

I was buying different RSPS gold on forums. He pm’s me to sell me Elkoy. I bought Elkoy from him on the 7/04/2017 or early morning 8/04. He was legit and trade went well. The day after he messages me with the following messages and scams me, ignoring my messages after I accepted the trade for 16.6m 07 and he was meant to buy item on Elkoy for me to get the money but never did.

As an agent working on livechat for helloitsmegold.com, I saw someone from Norway come into the livechat looking to buy 16.6m 07 worth of elkoy, I found this strange as they are both from Norway and one stole 16.6m and one had 16.6m 07. So, I went through the chat and then eventually asked if the skype linked to that account was him, and it was.

I just want this to be recognised and him to be banned as I don’t want to compromise my place on hellotismegold.com because of a scammer.
