Briefly explain the trade: Well this guy sold me a blackops account for 15M RSGP then as I go to play the game 2 hours later, I run it and I realize that the game is german and not english. He did not mention this during the trade. I talked to him on msn asking for a refund then he told me he'll go look for one but he was just ignoring me the whole time seeing his sythe page said Last Location:

How they scammed: He didn't mention to me that the account is german blackops and then he ignored me instead of giving me a refund for his account

After careful consideration, I've decided that he doesn't need to refund you. Though both buyer and seller need to be more specific when buying and selling.
