    Accusing of scamming without proof

I got a infraction because I was "accusing of scamming". This guy with 0 posts on sythe added me, and I didnt want to sell him anything because he had 0 posts, so he got mad and posted on my thread saying how no one should buy from me.

I assume this is where I "accused" him

He wanted to buy all my dvds.

I think accusing would be telling poeple he scams poeple. But I didnt, I said he wanted to(thats what I thought)

    The infraction is warranted.

In saying he obviously wanted to scam you, you were calling him a scammer, or at the least, a would-be scammer. Basing that opinion on post count alone is ungrounded and unfair; you're welcome to decline trading with him, but it's no reason to warn other traders off and make them assume he's a scammer as well.
