Accusing of scamming without evidence

When i posted this he had already been banned for other reasons so i did not feel the need to psot evidence, i was just venting my rage. Now that he is unbanned i will be posting evidence, hopefully getting him banned again.

I do not feel i deserve this infraction as he was already banned and didn't think i had to post evidence, because he was already banned.
