AccountWareHouse Scam too much for Pendulum - Need Admins.

Apparently the AccountWareHouse report is too much work for the mods (verbatim what I was told). I have been banned for "irl threats", I made some snide remarks, but they were harmless. I apologize, when someone does something so juvenile that costs me hundreds of dollars, I tend to get a bit angry. Then, I am accused of ban evasion of this account called "gandhi2". If someone could explain to me how this is the case I could explain. I did have a public computer in my dorm for the past 4 years and plenty of my suite mates used Sythe, but now I am living at my own place.

Just read Pendulum's claim - I have never had access to that Gandhi2 account. One of my dorm mates probably asked if they could use my email to register because they learned about Sythe from me - there is no sort of email confirmation required to post from registering an email. I could register an account with Donald Trump's email. That does not mean he owns the account. Also in response to Pendulum's claim - there is no other way the account could have been cleaned by anyone but an AccountWareHouse employee. At this point, they can keep their money - I just want them to admit that they cleaned my account to be vindictive cunts.

This all seems to be smoke and mirrors in regards to AccountWareHouse's wrongdoing. The bottom line is: if AccountWareHouse wished to back out of the sale, they should have contacted me and I would have had no qualms with this. However, they decided to (I am not pointing fingers, but one of their employees has to be responsible. It is the only possible explanation) completely ruin my account, dropping hundreds of dollars in untradeables and deleting a player owned house worth over 200m+. This costed me hundreds of hours to amass, all gone. Their reasoning? They believe I posted a bad review - which has not been proved, because I did not. Now, in order to save themselves from blame, they are trying to call me a ban evader. But this has nothing to do with the bottom line - they have commited fraud and completely screwed me. Everyone knows it, all the users know it, the mods know it. I understand you guys probably have some sort of agreement where AccountWareHouse pays you for every user who sells/buys from their site - newsflash, they need you just as much as you might need them. It is not ok to let them commit fraud like this just because they are your cash cow.

Before my ban, I tried time and time again to contact Pendulum. After my ban, he finally answers. Notice, he does not say that AccountWareHouse had proof that the account was recovered, because it was not. The right thing to do is have AccountWareHouse replace everything they stole from my account, or to take my account and sell it as we first agreed on, with me keeping the payment they charged back. Instead of rushing to judgement like the lazy mods over at Report a Scammer, please take your time to review all the evidence, because only a mentally disabled person would come to the conclusion that I am at fault.

In addition - what was the user gandhi2 banned for? How does someone's account banned 4 years ago justify me not getting the justice I deserve? Ban me permanently, but do not let AccountWareHouse get away with this for no reason. If that is what you have to do, if anyone knows a good small claims civil lawyer with any video game knowledge, please let me know.

Once again - there is 100% certainty that no one else could have accessed the account except me or an employee of AccountWareHouse. Maybe they felt that I would win the dispute so they could get me back by ruining my account. This does not make it right. They should take my account back and cancel the dispute. This would have been the right thing to do, but instead they chose to cause hundreds of dollars in damage. This is not going away - I promise.

 

Pendulum is an experienced moderator closing in on an admin position so if you have any doubts on him proper handling your report I suggest you get in touch with admins privately. You managed to get in touch with Pendulum privately, so I guess finding the admin's contact details is no problem for you aswell. After all, you're already ban evading anyways.
