Accountrs.com anyone buy?

Bought a account in may 2009. got about 150m on it and was always able to successfully recover the account. then just recently they took the account back and i recovered it. ip address gave me there ip address. then they took the account again and i have tried 20+ times to get it recovered and it wont work. I either get denied for creation details or no reason, just says denied because i didnt supply enough info. Does anyone know the isp or ip they use? i want to get my account back before they start jacking all the gold if they havent already.

Yes, it was one of there 60 att 80 str 1 def every other skill 1 accounts. so they probably power leveled in f2p. i have all memberhsip information. all recovery information. first password and all previous passwords. but it always gives me creation details. and they didnt give me any information except the date it was created. they said they cant give me there ip address or isp. but when i logged in one time after they took it i recorded there ip address and i put that in the recovery appeal and i still get denied.
