Explanation of the trade: i bought 30b simplicity off him and he gave me one of his alts to use till i could xfer and about 15 minutes after i xfered the bank i was banned
How they scammed: i believe they have something fishy going on he had a ton of stock for suer cheap and i was banned so fast

Hiya. This user purchased gold off me, he had a trade restriction so I gave him one of my mules with the gold on it. Told him he could transfer it once the trade restriction was over since I had work. This user proceeded to transfer the gold via trade instead of drop-trade and yelled that he was buying scrolls (which I believe) got his account investigated by staff members on the server. Any retard with a little background would be able to see that this user only had 1 trade and 15 minutes of playtime with tons of gold. He continued to flame the living shit out of me over Skype while I was trying to help him. I love how he only shows you what he wants to see, for example: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet.

He continued to flame me all over my thread, etc. I claimed there was nothing I could do and it was something out of my hands. When I tried to talk to him about giving him a discount on his next purchase he didn't even give me the chance since he kept calling me a "hoe", "dog", etc.

I clearly stated on my thread that there is a possibility of being banned for real world trading and I will NOT be held responsible if it occurred. I gave him what he purchased, what he did with it is none of my responsibility. I've sold tons of gold previously and not a single one of them got banned? How come? Because this guy lacks common sense. Even if what he claimed was true (which obviously it isn't) his illumanti-type conspiracy lacks common sense as I lost a customer which would not have benefit me in anyway.

Anyways like I said, not much I could do since this retard attracted the whole server to his account including staff members. Good day to you.

If you are not authorized by the RSPS owner to sell then you MUST INFORM your customers of the risk they take when buying from you. If you cannot demonstrate that the customer understood the risk before purchasing from you then you may be responsible for assets which are lost due to bans. In other words your goods have an implied warranty that they will be fit for purpose until and unless that warranty is actively waived by your customer.
