What irony, they look the same, it's pretty obvious account_jagex copy and pasted it. I looked at his 6 or so vouches, 2 of them being from middleman_runescape, probably another account of his. The 4 others, however, were changed posts. Look at this picture.
sms-100 did not vouch him, and if you did what I said to click on the arrow thing after the username, it doesn't lead to a vouch, instead, it's just random posts by the people. I asked to see his 68+ vouches and a bit later, I check out his profile and saw he was looking for someone in the members list, obviously Vietballer to steal from his thread.. Again. A couple minute after that, he logged off. If this isn't enough proof to get him banned before he scams someone, I don't know what is.
